His achievements include company pitch deck & brand positioning, vendor procurement optimisation, ISO compliance and sales optimisation to achieve bigger contracts from Oil & Gas clients and achieving 2x revenue growth in a span of 2 years.
This later led him to manage the Indian expansion of BIG Security Networks and has been steering the growth of the business through sales development, projects and partnerships in Chennai, Tenkasi (Tamil Nadu) & Kochi.
Business IT Consulting: Ashique closely holds the vision of using technology to automate business operations and achieve Scalability with Clarity. With this vision he launched BIG Tech Digital to handle IT operations of BIG Security Networks in Chennai and Qatar and also providing premium IT Transformation Services & Ai Consulting to other clients.
Career Guidance: Ashique provides career guidance for both young freshers and experienced professionals. Through “The Skill Networks” platform, he aims to connect professionals with HRs and trainers to engage for both career growth opportunities and training activities.
